Ralph hails from Zebebulon North Carolina where he served on the City Counsel for 2 years and as Mayor for 8 years. After 35 years working in the wholesale plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning mill supplies Ralph was ready for his second career.  In 1980, with a comprehensive understanding of the materials associated with housing and a natural sales ability, Ralph began a career as a real estate agent.  In 1983, after unprecedented success, Ralph became the owner and broker-in-charge of CENTURY 21 Seacoast Realty Co. in Surfside Beach South Carolina.  For 23 years Ralph has stood tall in the real estate market as other companies have come and gone. As a child Frank enjoyed fishing the creek in Murrells Inlet and the jetties at Garden City. He is a graduate of Erskine College where he earned a bachelors degree in business. After graduation he moved to Columbia where he served as a district Executive for the Indian Waters Council, Boy Scouts of America. Never able to get the sand out of his shoes, he returned home. Vern retired from the US Army in 1988 to Myrtle Beach after 26 years, so Vern knows relocation.Vern has been serving his residential and commercial customers since 1991, so Vern knows the Grand Strand and inland areas.Vern received the CENTURY 21® Quality Service Award, an individual award, for year 2002.
Vern is active in the Seaside EMMAUS community and has completed 6 years of BSF.

Kim is originally from Thomasville, NC, the furniture capital. After many trips to the beach, Kim met her husband, Brian, a native of Murrells Inlet.
